A few members stayed in
Belgium
until Tuesday morning where we took part in a private burial ceremony at the
Canadian
War
Cemetery
in Adegem. The widow of a Canadian Soldier that was killed in
Belgium
and is buried in the cemetery at Adegem had as her last request to be buried with her husband. The daughter made the arrangements and brought her mothers ashes from
England
. Relatives of the Canadian Soldier were also present for the ceremony. The family members were quite overwhelmed and very grateful that we were present.
