Zone Europe Meeting 17 March 2012
The next Zone Meeting will be hosted by Branch 005 in the Restaurant Mondani, Graaf-Ottoweg 6, 7241 DG, Lochem, the Netherlands at 1400 hours on Saturday 17 March 2012.
Branches in the Lahr/Baden Area are advised that Zone will rent a van for this meeting. Priority for seats in the van will be the Zone Commander, Zone Secretary and two executive members from Branch 001, Branch 002 and Branch 004. If your Branch decides to travel on your own seats in the van will be allotted to other interested members.
Branches are to inform the Zone Commander or the Zone Secretary of members requiring seats in the van not later than end of January 2012. Zone is also prepared to arrange overnight accommodations in Lochem if requested and the names of Branch members that will attend are received by end of January.
Branches are also requested to forward a list of members that will attend this meeting to the executive of Branch 005 to assist them in the planning that is necessary to host the meeting.
